Gelsey and James catered our wedding at the Nordic Museum this spring, and not only was the food fantastic (best wedding food I've ever had), but they took care of so many little details and made our night smooth and wonderful. We were sold at the tasting we did with Lovely Night. The Hamachi crudo bites and pork belly bites were out of this world. Gelsey and James sat with us and created a menu that was delicious and hit all of our guests' dietary restrictions so everyone had a delicious meal.

Given our guest count we decided that a buffet was the best option and we were initially skeptical that we’d find a catering company able to make buffet food up to our standards.
